Front Office Staff

Jake Kerr
Principal Owner & Majority General Partner

Jake Kerr was educated at the University of British Columbia and received his MBA in Economics and Finance from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Kerr is the recipient of the Order of Canada and the Order of British Columbia in recognition of his significant contributions to both the province and country.

A managing partner of Lignum Forest Products and Chairman of Lignum Investments Ltd., Mr. Kerr is also chairman of the Vancouver Foundation.

Born and raised in B.C., Mr. Kerr is married with five children and four grandchildren.

 
Jeff Mooney
Co-Owner and Partner

In addition to helping run the Vancouver Canadians, Jeff Mooney is Executive Chairman and controlling shareholder of A&W Food Services of Canada Inc. as well as board Executive with VANOC.

Mr. Mooney has helped lead the A&W organization to more than 650 restaurants across Canada. A&W has been named Restaurant Company of the Year (2002) and has been recognized as one of Canada’s 50 Best managed companies for the past four years. Mr. Mooney is the recipient of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s Jubilee Medal and has been inducted into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame. Mr. Mooney is married with four children.

 
Andy Dunn
Co-Owner and Team President

Andy Dunn joined the Canadians in 2007 becoming the 10th President in team history. Mr. Dunn has a vast amount of experience at all levels of Professional baseball having worked with the Florida Marlins, Montreal Expos and Washington Nationals organizations.
Mr. Dunn was named the Florida State League’s Executive of the Year in both 1999 and 2000 and also received the coveted Bob Stower Minor League Baseball Award in 2002.
A graduate of Western Carolina University where he graduated with a B.A. in Sports Management, while also playing shortstop for the WCU Catamounts baseball team.

Mr. Dunn is married with three children.

 
Andrew Seymour

Andrew Seymour joins the Vancouver Canadians organization after spending more than a decade with the Fort Myers Miracle of the Florida State League (A). Andrew hopes to infuse his high-energy style to Nat Bailey Stadium this season with fresh new promotions and giveaways that will have fans itching to come back for more. Andrew is from Toronto and hesitantly admits he’s a Maple Leafs fan. Andrew is married and along with his wife, Jennifer, just welcomed their second child Ava into the family joining son A.J.

 
Graham Wall
Senior Director of Sales & Marketing

Graham Wall is the driving force behind our Sales Department after enjoying successful terms of service with the Vancouver Canucks and Grizzlies, the Team 1040 Sports Radio and Earls Restaurant. Wall has worked extremely hard in developing new and creative ways to brings friends, families and business partners out to Nat Bailey Stadium and make every experience unique. As Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing, Wall is thrilled to bring people back to the ballpark and help them create many fond memories like he did as a child.

 
Rob Fai
Play-by-Play Broadcaster and Director of Media Relations

Rob Fai joined the Vancouver Canadians Front Office in 2007 after building a solid sports broadcasting resume that included both News1130 and Team 1040 Sports Radio.

In addition to handling all of the media relations duties for the more than 30 outlets in the Vancouver area, Rob is also the club’s broadcaster and will provide the call for all 76 games this season for the Canadians. Fai is host of the new Vancouver Canadians talk show on TEAM 1040 every Sunday at 9am and is year round host of Yellow Pages Canadians TV.

 
Jason Takefman
Director of Ticket Operations and Community Relations

Jason Takefman joined the Vancouver Canadians as an intern back in 2006 and was rewarded for his hard worked recently accepting the position of Director of Ticketing for the 2008 season. Takefman attended McGill University in Quebec before making the move to Vancouver to join the C’s. Tickets this season are available with Jason here to answer any question you may have to help make your next trip out the the ‘Nat’ a smooth one. Jason loves baseball and calls the Red Sox his own.

 
Spiro Khouri
Group Sales Manager

Spiro Khouri began his career with the Vancouver Canadians as a game day intern in 2007. Shortly after the season ended, Khouri was promoted to Group Sales Manager where he now handles booking and taking care of some of the larger groups that come out to Nat Bailey Stadium for a ballgame.

Khouri is an avid hockey player who still cheers for the Canucks and the Islanders. Spiro still remembers getting the chance to watch his hero Kelly Gruber play at Nat Bailey Stadium in the mid 90’s.

 
JC Fraser
Ballpark Operations Manager

JC Fraser spent his first season at the ‘Nat’ as an intern helping with the design of the program book and other publications before becoming a ‘Jack of all Trades’ throughout the season. That ability to be handy in all aspects of the stadium operations eventually landed Fraser the job as Ballpark Operations Manager. Fraser now oversees Nat Bailey Stadium taking the lead on field elements as well as anything pertaining to the overall function of the building. JC loves to play tennis when he gets the chance.

 
Cynthia Wildman
Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Cynthia Wildman has been with the C’s since she first interned with the club back in 2004. Since then she has become the backbone of the Sales & Marketing Department helping assist with everything from proposals to the C’s website. Wildman graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.B.A. and now ensures all of our advertising partners have a successful year with the Canadians. Wildman is also heavily involved with BC Buzz.ca, an online media outlet.

 
Allan Bailey
Assistant Ticket Operations Manager

Allan Bailey returns for his second season with the Vancouver Canadians after spending the 2007 season as an intern working mainly in the C’s box office. Bailey has been involved in baseball his whole life, having played, umpired and coached at multiple levels. After playing all five seasons with the McGill Redbirds Baseball program, Allan graduated and made the move back to the West Coast where he took a job in construction.

 
Stephen Hopkins

Stephen Hopkins has been with the Vancouver Canadians since 2000 helping bring new business relationships to Nat Bailey Stadium. Hopkins was a key part in one of the C’s top promotions from the 2007 season as he put together the ‘Wedding of the Season’ where the Canadians hosted a wedding minutes after the final pitch of the 2007 season.

Hopkins has worked tirelessly to help the C’s create initiatives like our ‘Canadians Christmas’ giving freshly cut trees to families in need.

Tom joins the Canadians organization after spending the past several years in Alberta working with the (AAA) Calgary Cannons and (AAA) Edmonton Trappers of the Pacific Coast League. A master of the sod, Tom enjoys the details of the job as he tries to take Nat Bailey Stadium to the next level.

Tom is a fan of the Calgary Flames but still holds baseball closest to his heart and has already fallen in love with the nostalgia that Nat Bailey holds.
