Global Television Seats – Global Television provides 22 seats* per game for non-profit and charity groups to say thanks to volunteers, treat staff or provide a great day at the park for disadvantaged or lower income groups. You’ll get to sit in a prime viewing area, 7 rows back from home plate! Your group will love the view and love being acknowledged during the game with a welcoming message on the big screen!

To apply for these complimentary tickets, fax or email your request on letterhead addressed to Lori Bonang, Community Programming. Tell me a bit about your group and how many seats you can use. Remember, there are 22 per game available! Then take a look at the game schedule and pick 3 or 4 dates that work for you. I’ll reply and let you know what game you’re coming to! Again, please note, because of the volume of requests, please get yours in early and allow up to 2 weeks for confirmation.

*because of seat location, Global seats are not wheelchair accessible.

The Vancouver Canadians are extremely proud to be involved with many community organizations within Vancouver and British Columbia. The Canadians mandate since moving to Vancouver in 2000 has been to help out wherever possible with children’s programs. Some of the Vancouver Canadians major community partners are:

UBC – The UBC Thunderbird baseball team plays their entire home game schedule at Nat Bailey Stadium free of charge. The Canadians are proud to see Canada’s number one baseball program prosper at Nat Bailey Stadium

Community Library Programs – This year’s library program has expanded from just Vancouver to include Burnaby and Richmond and the C’s hope to expand farther in the near future. The Vancouver library system will receive 10,000 tickets, Burnaby will receive 8,000 and Richmond will receive 4,000 free tickets to be given to children that complete the summer reading program. The Canadians are proud to support local reading programs.

Greater Vancouver Food Bank – The C’s are extremely proud to have developed a strong partnership with the Greater Vancouver Food bank over the past two seasons. This holiday season, the Canadians in partnership with the Vancouver Canucks held the first ever Nat Bailey Food Drive, which was a resounding success raising over 800 pounds of food and $400 in just one week. In addition the C’s will keep a food donation box at the Information booth all season long for anyone wanting to make a donation.

Vancouver Canadians Community Donations – Is your team, school, non-profit or charitable looking for a donation? The Vancouver Canadians are proud to support your efforts in earning funds for your group. Since 2000, the C’s have donated game tickets & merchandise plus time, promotion and onsite support for so many great causes from the highest-profile black tie dinner to the smallest family sports day for after-school care groups. This community has supported us well and we love to give back.

If you would like a donation of game tickets, merchandise or autographed items we’re happy to help! However due to the overwhelming number of requests for sponsorships and donation, please read the following carefully to ensure you qualify.

The Vancouver Canadians support groups that:

  • encourage fitness, health & education for youth,
  • create awareness for ecological and ‘green’ initiatives,
  • are registered charities for children & family health & wellness, or
  • provide support for the above.

To apply, please fax or email your request on letterhead addressed to Lori Bonang, Community Programming. Please include: date of the event & style of the event (eg. pub night or carnival, and what you’re looking for - raffle prize, silent auction item, etc.), expected attendance and your fundraising goal, as well as how you plan to promote the event and thank your sponsors.

Please note we receive dozens of requests every day, all year long. To expedite your request, please take the following into account:

  • Requests not on letterhead (or w/o registered charity numbers) will not be considered
  • "To whom it may concerns” or similar will not be considered
  • Requests without email addresses will not be considered
  • Requests for personal or third-party fundraisers will not be considered

Again, because of the volume of requests, it can take up to 6 weeks before we get to your letter. Please ensure you allow enough time! However, we don’t mind if you’d like to follow up and check on the status of your request. If you are approved, please come by and pick up your donation pack. If you’re sending a representative or courier, please let us know.
